SSC CGL Age Limit Changed
SSC CGL Exam notification has been released for the various posts of central government. Notification is available on the official website of SSC: www.ssc.nic.in. Along with the exam pattern, SSC also made few changes in Age limit in few posts of SSC CGL Exam. Below you can read detailed information on this. The SSC released official notification on 17 May 2018 regarding the new age limit for SSC CGL Examination.
SSC CGL Age limit Extended
As pre the extended age limit for the Combined Graduate Level Exam the age will be 30 years instead of 27 Year (Upper Age) for some of the posts of CGL Exam.
Here are the SSC CGL Exam Posts for which the Age limit has been extended.
- Inspector In Central Excise.
- Inspector In Preventive Officer.
- Inspector Examiner.
There are the three post that has the code K, L, M for which the upper age limit has been changed.
Before the changes the previous age limit for the above mentioned posts were 18 years – 27 Years but now changes have been made by the SSC and the age limit has been extended to 18 – 30 Years for the above posts.
SSC CGL Age Limit
There is also a post apart from these for which SSC has changed age limit. SSC also changed the age limit for Inspector of Posts job profile. The new age limit for this post is also 18 years to 30 years. This post comes under the department of Post. Candidates can check official notification for the SSC age limit changes.
